Warranty Registration

Ferrara Limited Warranty Registration

Ferrara registration does not register the engine or transmission warranty; contact those manufacturers directly for warranty information. This document must be filled out in its entirety and submitted to Ferrara by the selling dealer, body builder or end user. Registration is a prerequisite to the warranty being validated. Failure to properly register will limit warranty coverage payment consideration toward repairs until the registration process is completed.

Please note this form is used for multiple product limited-warranty registrations and the form title does not refer to any specific limited warranty. The registered owner may request a copy of the actual limited warranty pertaining to the chassis product purchased by email: FFAwarrantysubmission@ferrarafire.com.

ACCEPTANCE OF WARRANTY TERMS

I accept the terms of the Spartan Chassis limited warranty applicable to my vehicle, including the Arbitration Provision as follows: “Any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this limited warranty, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in the State of Michigan in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The determination of the arbitrator(s) shall be in writing and shall include an explanation of the basis for the determination. The determination of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding and judgment upon such determination may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.”
