HOLDEN, LA – Sept. 07, 2023 – Ferrara Fire Apparatus, Inc., a subsidiary of REV Group® and leading manufacturer of custom-built, heavy-duty fire apparatus, is pleased to announce its dealer Fire Master will expand into Oklahoma.
Fire Master will be serving all customers out of its service center in Springfield, MO. The dealership currently serves the fire service and industrial markets in Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas, offering sales, service, and equipment. Future plans call for adding 14,000 square feet to the existing facility and adding new service centers in both Oklahoma and Arkansas.
“We at Fire Master are very excited to expand not only our sales for Ferrara into Oklahoma but also our service,” said Scott Shelton, company president. “We currently have a full-time service technician dedicated to the Oklahoma territory and have plans in the near future for a brick-and-mortar service center located in the Tulsa metro area.
Fire Master has approximately 28 employees at its 16,000 square foot service center in Springfield. It has 13 service bays, and all its service technicians are EVT certified. The business has been a Ferrara dealer since 2010. Founded in 1972 by Gerald and Carol Shelton, Fire Master is now a second-generation family business owned by brothers Scott and Donny Shelton.
